Utensils
So--after much discussion on this animation, I think I like it now. I like the timing and I like the general progression of events. He picks it up, struggles but get's a grasp. Takes a few steps before he looses it again and it drops onto the first step. Then, some anticipation (I was thinking of putting in some heavy breathing of sorts) and then a heave ho to the top step.
The only thing that bothers me is the drop on the first step. Something doesn't look right with it....
I realize that it looks like he's banging his head flat onto the box. haha. I left that in for now just because I thought it was pretty funny. Obviously, I'll fix that. But that's all for me for tonight. I still feel like someone is sticking a fork into my side, even though I've been sitting here for hours with a heating pad on in hopes the pain will go away. :( So yeah--I'm tired, and a hurtin'.
yay! looks great! i like what you did a lot. I can't think of any comments about it right now. Can't wait to see it in the splined stage!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about pain - my stomach's killing me! Stupid digestive system! :(
ReplyDeleteThis looks really different! I like the idea of dropping the box on the first step. I think my only change would be to make the whole thing longer feeling, that's probably a weird way of putting it. But I think that he gets it up the steps a bit too quickly so maybe as you were saying add in a moment where he's breathing heavily or staggering up that last step or something. I don't know if that's all that helpful. ^^;;
Yeah I have a little space allotted for that pause that I can just make as long as I want. So I will definitely do that. :)
ReplyDeleteCool. It's a totally awesome animation! :D
